Local man arrested for shooting

A Jennings man was arrested Tuesday for being involved in a shooting that took place earlier that evening at a residence on La. 26.
According to Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Dept. Criminal Investigations Commander Christopher Ivey, sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a shooting incident at 16112 La. 26 in Jennings Tuesday evening.
