Due to rising waters in Welsh, brothers Brady, 9, and Carson, 7, built this homemade raft made out of pool noodles and dive rings. The boys then decided to test their new toy in their flooded driveway on Thursday. They are the sons of John and Dayna Hall of Welsh.
