Eight people were reported as booked into the parish jail by the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office over the last week.

Friday, January 11

Douglas Tweed, 46, of Lake Charles, was charged with burglary, trespassing, theft and criminal property damage. No bond was listed.

Sunday, January 13

Stephen Guidry, 27, of Jennings, was charged with simple burglary, damage to property, theft and criminal trespassing. No bond was listed.

Monday, January 14

Jerome Reed, 25, of Iota, was charged with possession of marijuana. No bond was listed.

Denard W. Vhoories, 27, of Welsh, was arrested for three warrants for domestic violence. No bond was listed.

Thursday, January 17

Erwin Leon Edwards, 37, of Jennings, was charged with a third-offense possession of marijuana. No bond was listed.

Milio E. Hoyas, 37, of Bakerfield, Calif., was charged with aggravated assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. No bond was listed.

Kendrick Balthazer, 29, of Natchitoches, was charged for violation of a protective order. No bond was listed.

Friday, January 18

Leo LaCombe, 19, of Lake Arthur, was charged with aggravated assault and domestic battery. No bond was listed.
