Wet weather not over for JDP

“The water is four feet here at its deepest and this is the second worst flood I’ve seen since 1981,” said Richard Borne Thursday from his Lacassine home.
According to a report from The Associated Press, the rivers are high, the ground is already saturated, and there’s still more rain on the way.
