Asphalt overlay solicitation is a scam

“We did a job down the road and we have some additional materials. We can do the work for you right now and we will give you a great deal.”
That’s the line some door-to-door solicitors are reportedly using, according to the local Better Business Bureau, and it’s most likely a scam.
