City receives clean audit

The City of Jennings is in strong financial health, according to its annual audit.
For the third consecutive year, auditors had no findings against the city.
Local certified public accountant and city auditor Ed Krielow released his report to the Jennings City Council on Wednesday. Krielow gave the city an “unqualified opinion” – the highest rank that can be given, which means the city has a clean financial bill of health.
