COA Art Time

Maria Sonnier (on left) and Eunice Lewis (on right), of the Welsh area, met at the Jeff Davis Council on Aging (COA) Monday morning to work on their oil painting projects. The group meets each Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the COA office.
