WELSH – Daniel Leger, 59, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at his residence.
His service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh.
Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m., and will resume on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, from 8 a.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved fishing and spending time with his grandkids; and he was also a bartender at A & B Lounge for 18 years.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Leger; his sons, Dustin (Emilee) Beard, Thomas (Jessica) LaBouve and Christopher (Monique) LaBouve; his daughters, Devon (Mikey) Beard and Amanda (Bubba) Cormier; his brother, Rodney (Sandy) Leger; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emery and Rose Leger.
