Hathaway man charged for indecent behavior

HATHAWAY – A man here was arrested Tuesday after a complaint was made that he was sending inappropriate text messages and images to a 14 year-old.
According to Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division Commander Christopher Ivey, detectives began an investigation on Michael “Mikey” Gotte Jr., 18, of Pondarosa Road in Hathaway, after receiving a complaint from a parent who discovered inappropriate text messages and images on his 14 year-old step-daughter’s phone.
