Jennings field office accepting applications for EQIP funding

Agriculture and forestry producers can now submit their applications through the Jennings field office for funding through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
According to a press release, EQIP is a voluntary conservation program that helps agricultural and forestry producers improve water and air quality, build healthier soil, improve grazing and forest lands, conserve energy, enhance organic operations, and achieve other environmental benefits.
