McNeese to host free seminar

LAKE CHARLES – McNeese State University will host a free seminar for starting up a small business in Louisiana.

The seminar, “Starting and Financing a Small Business,” will be offered from 5-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21, in Room 121 of the Burton Business Center at McNeese State University, according to a press release.

The seminar is being presented by the Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC) at McNeese, the release stated. Topics will include business planning, sources of funding, as well as small business resources.
