New mental health board discusses needs

Members of a local board stopped off in Jennings Monday to discuss how services could be improved for those with mental health issues in Jeff Davis Parish.
The board, one of several across the state, is called the Imperial Calcasieu Human Service Authority (ImCal HSA), and serves Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron and Jeff Davis parishes.
