Thibodeaux, Couch to wed
Lacey Beth Thibodeaux of Iota and John Garrett Couch of Welsh announce their plans to wed at 4 p.m. May 25, 2013, at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Jennings.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terrel (Jozette) Thibodeaux of Iota. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. William “Bill” Aucoin and the late Mrs. Cumale “Kim” Aucoin and Mrs. Shelby (Barbara) Thibodeaux and the late Mr. Shelby “Tommy” Thibodeaux of Iota.
A 2007 graduate of Bethel Christian School and a 2011 graduate of McNeese State University, she is currently a graduate student at McNeese working on a Master’s Degree in mathematical studies.
She is employed as a mathematics instructor at McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Mark (Kelly) Couch of New Roads. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie L. (Rae Dein) Jackson of DeRidder and the great-grandson of Mrs. William (Vera) Cummings of DeRidder and Mrs. John R. (Nina) Couch and the late Rev. John R. Couch of Welsh.
A 2007 graduate of False River Academy and a 2012 graduate of McNeese State University, he earned a degree in mechanical engineering and is employed with Boise Paper in DeRidder.
