Mrs. Margie Coleman

Funeral services for Mrs.Margie Coleman, 89, will be at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, in St. Paul Baptist Church. Rev. Pernell Trent will officiate.

Burial will be in Benevolent Cemetery under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 9, 2013, in the church.

Mrs. Coleman entered into eternal rest Friday, March 1, 2013, in  a Sulphur Hospital.

She was a native of St. Landry Parish, a member of St. Paul Baptist Church, director of the B.T.U., Young Peoples Dept., and Bible Teacher for the District and State Convention.

Survivors include her children, Richard Coleman Jr., Martha E. Coleman, Charyl Crawford and Lonetta Barker; two sisters, Dorothy Davis and Clarice Broussard; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
