Penny Street Home Destroyed

The Jennings Fire Department (JFD) battled steady winds to control a residential fire on Penny Street Saturday afternoon. According to reports from the scene, the fire began in a structure behind the home before spreading through the residence. As of press time, no injuries were reported from the fire.
