Seven people were reported as booked into the parish jail by the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office over the last week.

Friday, February 22

Glen Adams, 60, of Jennings, was charged with failure to register and notify as a sex offender. No bond was listed.

Jason LaCombe, 38, of Lake Arthur, was arrested on warrants and charged with domestic abuse battery. No bond was listed.

Saturday, February 23

Noshma Phelps, 34, of Peoria, Ill., was charged with contempt of court. No bond was listed.

Tuesday, February 26

Jamaal Palfrey, 28, of Jennings, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II narcotic, resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and money laundering. No bond was listed.

Lesley Barker, 17, of Jennings, was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit arson and possession of a delayed incendiary device. No bond was listed.

Khristopher Watkins, 18, of Jennings, was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit arson and possession of a delayed incendiary device. No bond was listed.

Friday, March 1

Chantler Fruge, 17, of Welsh, was charged with simple burglary and theft over $500. No bond was listed.

City Police

Three people were booked into the city jail by the Jennings Police Department over the last week.

Friday, February 22

Michael Kibodeaux, 48, of Jennings, was charged with unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was listed.

Saturday, February 23

Katina Daniels, 40, of Jennings, was charged with theft of goods from $100 to $499. No bond was listed.

Tuesday, February 26

Damie LaBauve, 53, of Jennings, was charged with possession of a Schedule IV narocotic, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was listed.
