Rotary providing free educational material

WELSH – The IOOC District 6200 is once again donating instructional material to promote literacy throughout Southwest Louisiana.
Instructional materials in all subject areas will be available free of charge to anyone working to improve literacy among public, parochial, private and home-schooled students. All parents, teachers, daycare operators and women’s shelters managers are welcome to these free learning materials.
