WELSH – Sidney Reed Lightfoot, 72, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in his residence.
His service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until time of services.
He was of Lutheran faith and a Navy veteran. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was a kind and generous person. He was also a veteran of the oil and gas industry.
His is survived by his wife, Priscilla Billgren Lightfoot of Welsh; his sons, Timothy Lightfoot, Kevin Lightfoot, Darren (Kristi) Lightfoot, Jonathan (Aimee) Lightfoot; his brothers, Jack Lightfoot, Dickie Lightfoot, Michael Lightfoot and Timothy Lightfoot; his sister, Pamela Sue Hoppe; and his grandchildren, Kristopher, Landon, Logan, Jackson, Kennedy, Taylor and Randy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jewell and Sidney Lightfoot.
