Welsh to seek bids for drainage project

WELSH – The Board of Aldermen here gave Town Superintendent Rick Matte the authority to advertise for bids connected to a half-million dollar drainage project.
The $550,000 project would address poor drainage problems that have plagued the town for about 40 years, according to Matte.
