Morrish touts bill, says change needed

Though he anticipates a long road ahead for Senate Bill (SB) 109, Dist. 25 Sen. Dan “Blade” Morrish still plans to fight for innocent families accused of child abuse.

SB 109 so far seeks to require a second physical examination of a child or other children in a household upon showing good cause after a contradictory hearing in an abuse case. Currently, the law requires only one physical exam.
