Fair Tax Endorsed

Dear Editor,

The tax code is over 72,000 pages long.

IRS employees correctly answer questions about 60 percent of the time.

The IRS spends tax dollars on lavish meetings and hotel rooms.

Why do we tolerate this?

The solution is for Congress to pass HR 25, the Fair Tax.

The Fair Tax abolishes the IRS and changes the way taxes are collected, not the amount.

It also ends the Social Security and Medicare taxes without affecting benefits.

The Fair tax is a national sales tax meaning you are only taxed if you make a purchase.

There are no deductions and no forms to file.

How can this be?

Read the FAQ at the Fair Tax website and make your own decision.

If you are in favor of the Fair Tax call Congressman Charles Boustany Jr. at 202-225-2031 now and ask him to vote in favor of HR 25.
