LAFAYETTE – The Breaux Bridge Tigers flexed their muscles on Friday night as they shutout the Jennings Bulldogs 12-0 in the Kiwanis Club Jamboree held at UL-Lafayette’s Cajun Field.

The Bulldogs offense struggled all night, unable to get much going. The Bulldogs received the opening kick and Sherman Gantt took it 45 yards to the Breaux Bridge 47-yard line to gain excellent field position. A first down was made when Kaleb Chaisson connected with Malik Williams on a 12-yard pass to the 28-yard line. The Bulldogs then tried to convert on fourth down three plays later but an incomplete pass turned the ball over on downs with 8:37 to play in the first of two quarters of play.
