Three notable trials are set to begin in the 31st Judicial District Court Tuesday, according to Jeff Davis Parish District Attorney Michael Cassidy, who said that jury selection is slated for Monday in each of the cases.
The first suspect on the docket is Christopher Knox, who is facing charges of cocaine possession over 400 grams. Opening arguments for that case should be heard around 9 a.m. Tuesday, if everything goes according to plan.
