LAKE ARTHUR – A memorial service for Anthony Logue, 55, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, in Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Msgr. Ronald Groth officiating.
Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
Mr. Logue died at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, in Lakeside.
Mr. Logue was a native of Sulphur and a 26-year resident of Iowa. He was a pipefitter in the oil industry. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in LeBleu Settlement. He loved caring for his fruit trees, as well as hunting, fishing, talking with friends and family, and caring for animals.
Survivors include his wife, Christelle Conner Logue; two stepsons, Gerard (Brittany) Conner of Jennings and Cody (Jennifer) Conner of Gueydan; one sister, Selena Hopper of Lake Charles; one brother, Vernon (Shirley) Logue of LeCompte; four step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Logue was preceded in death by his parents, Paul I. and Josephine Helena Vincent Logue; one sister, Deliah Logue Istre; two brothers, Jeff Logue and Michael Logue; and his grandfather, Frank Logue.
