Linda Ann Crader
Funeral services for Linda Ann Crader, 61, of Jennings, will be held at First Pentecostal Church on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at 11 a.m. with the Reverend James Townsley officiating.
Visitation will be held at First Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday at 8 a.m. until the time of her funeral services. Linda will be laid to rest in Quebodeaux Cemetery in rural Midland.
Linda was born in Midland on Jan. 22, 1952, to the late Milton Touchet and the late Grace Quebodeaux Touchet.
She passed away on Nov. 9, 2013, at her residence while surrounded by her beloved family for whom she loved so dearly. Linda was a faithful member of the First Pentecostal Church. Linda was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed knitting and loved to cook for her family and friends. Being outdoors was one of her favorite pastimes.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Harvey James Crader of Jennings; one son, John (Crystal) Crader of New Iberia; one daughter, Trudy Crader of Fort Myers, Fla.; four brothers, Roy (Hazel) Touchet of Crowley, Anthony (Dianne) Touchet of Cookville, Tenn., Leo (Trina) Touchet of Egan, and Peter (Juliet) Touchet of Midland. Linda also leaves behind her eight precious grandchildren.
She was welcomed into Heaven by her beloved family who preceded her in death: her parents, Milton and Grace Quebodeaux Touchet; a daughter, Mindy Crader; a son, Roger Crader; and a sister, Brenda Touchet.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Matthews and Son Funeral Home.
