Sheriff’s Office

Nine people were reported as booked into the parish jail by the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office over the past week.

 

Friday, November 1

Skeeter Blane Navarre of South Lake Arthur Avenue in Jennings was charged with distribution of a Schedule II narcotic. No bond was listed.

 

Rudolph Cornelius Smith of Second Street in Jennings was charged with obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, possession of a firearm during a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. No bond was listed.

 

Sunday, November 3

Nolan Floyd Obey of Garage Alley in Jennings was charged with obstruction of justice by intimidation, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was listed.

 

Monday, November 4

Jonathan Obrian Hamilton of Kathy Meadows Lane in Crowley was charged with failure to yield right of way, distribution of a Schedule II narcotic and possession of a Schedule I narcotic with intent to distribute. Bond was set at $250,000.

 

Tuesday, November 5

Dravin Jamar Edwards of Truman Street in Lake Charles was arrested on a warrant. Bond was denied.

 

Neilson James Johnson II of Koll Road in Jennings was charged with simple battery by domestic abuse. Bond was set at $10,000.

 

Ryan A. McEvoy of Spring Brook Court in Mobile, Ala., was charged with disturbing the peace by appearing intoxicated and open container violation. No bond was listed.

 

Wednesday, November 6

Gena Nichole Ardoin of West Seventh Street in Roanoke was charged with simple battery by domestic abuse. Bond was set at $10,000.

 

Thursday, November 7

Brandon K. Harrell of DeWolf Road in Iowa was arrested on a warrant. No bond was listed.

 

City Police

Four were reported as booked into the City Jail by the Jennings Police Department over the past week.

 

Sunday, November 3

Deshawn Lynn Daniels, 35, of Shirley Drive in Jennings, was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Subject was issued a summons.

 

Tuesday, November 5

Kenneth Juan Massey, 35, of Sheridan Street in Jennings, was charged with disturbing the peace and criminal trespass. Subject was issued a summons.

 

Samantha Sue Ann Marquez, 26, of Sheridan Street in Jennings, was charged with disturbing the peace, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. Subject was issued a summons.

 

Wednesday, November 6

Chance Beroid, 23, of Mt. Triumph Street in Jennings, was arrested on a warrant.
