Microchip results in happy reunion for lost dog

It was a long journey, but thanks to some good fortune, a conscientious owner, and a pair of good Samaritans, the Miller family from Egan saw their beloved black Labrador, Duke, returned home for Christmas. The dog was given back to his family, just in time for the big day, after being lost for three weeks.

“He went missing from his kennel,” said family member Francis Miller, “and we were all sad. My four-year old granddaughter was especially upset.”
