Elton youth chosen to participate in Leadership Summit in Arkansas

Elliott Nichols, senior at Elton High School, was chosen by first-ever Native Youth in Agriculture Summit as one of 50 students to travel to the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas from July 21-25.  The weeklong summit has brought together American Indian, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian young people who will be the next generation of food and agriculture leaders throughout Indian Country. The chosen students participated in an exciting week of discussion, leadership development, learning and planning.
