August Broussard has had a deep love and appreciation for music all of his life. The Westlake native was born on August 3, 1945, and is the son of Arthur and Zenia (Myers) Broussard. I used a box and pretended it was an accordion. I had an uncle who played the accordion and I always loved it.”For the complete story and more local news, please subscribe to Jennings Daily News by clicking subscribe or by calling 337-824-3011.
