The prospective groom is the son of Shawnee Bergeaux of Evangeline and Sidney Ray Bergeaux of Iota. He is the grandson of Sylvia “Faye” Hebert and the late Nolan Hebert of Tee Mamou and Gertrude Bergeaux and the late Clifton Bergeaux of Evangeline.

He is currently employed with Quality Oil Tools.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Johnny and Rosalie Guinn of Jennings. She is the granddaughter of Valerie Conner and the late John L. Conner and the late Loyd and Marcelette Guinn, all of Jennings. She is a graduate of McNeese State University with a bachelor of science in nursing. She is currently employed as a registered nurse by Jennings American Legion Hospital.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Daniel and Arline Bellard of Lake Arthur and is the granddaughter of Margie Bellard of Lake Arthur and the late Franklin Bellard and the late Minus “T-Man” and Hilda Foreman of Gueydan.

A 2007 graduate of Lake Arthur High School, she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011 with a bachelor of science degree. She is currently employed with the LSU AgCenter as the agriculture and horticulture agent of Jeff Davis Parish.

The prospective groom is the son of Randy and Ginger Guidry of Welsh and is the grandson of Ruth and Nolton Delome of Welsh and the late Wallace Guidry and the late Elie and Dale Domingue of Hayes.

A 2007 graduate of Welsh High School, he is currently employed by Island Operating Company Inc.

Holly is the daughter of Randall and Rhonda Racca of Breaux Bridge and the late Dr. Terry C. Philastre, and the granddaughter of the late Sheriff Dallas Cormier and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Roy Sr. (Leona LeGros), all of Jennings. Holly is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. Larry Bobbitt of Houston, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale McCleary (Cindy LeBlanc) of Breaux Bridge. Bailey is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd LeBlanc (Joyce Chauffe) of Breaux Bridge.  Bailey is employed with Dupre’ Logistics.

The couple is set to marry on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
