Students at James Ward Elementary School in Jennings had tickets to the carnival last Friday. The school threw a mini-carnival as part of its Red Ribbon Drug-Free Week – the theme of which was “The Ticket to a Happy Life is to Be Drug-Free.” Students spent the day on “stilts,” in fun jumps and playing games in the gym.
