WELSH – Downtown Welsh will be transformed by live music, kids’ rides and food and beer booths this weekend – Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31 – as the Welsh Coming Home Festival returns to town.
The Welsh Rotary Club has taken over the event and members have “gone all out” to make this year’s event spectacular.
