Prime Time Family Reading Time is being held at Lacassine High on Thursday evenings. Jeff Davis Library Director Dr. LeBert-Corbello is shown having a discussion with families after a story was presented by Linda LeBlanc. This six-week program encourages families to bond around the act of reading. Families are given information about libraries and their services and each participant is encouraged to obtain a library card. This program was made possible through grants from Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, Wal Mart Literacy grants and the generosity of local businesses.
