Welsh couple celebrates platinum anniversary

If there’s a secret to a successful marriage, a Welsh couple may have the answer. George and Hazel Demarest, who said “I do” 70 years ago on Nov. 18, 1939, claim it’s all about teamwork. “We always work together,” Hazel Demarest explained. “We went to church together, and we raised our children in church. I always worked with my husband and we worked together in everything we did.”
