Moss Bluff death unrelated to JDP Eight

MOSS BLUFF – The death of a girl found by the side of the road here on Monday shows no connections to the unsolved murders of eight Jeff Davis Parish women since 2005, according to Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff Ricky Edwards.
According to the Associated Press, a bicyclist out for a morning ride on Monday discovered the body of Sierra Bouzigard, 19, along John Koonce Road shortly before 7:40 a.m.
