Santa to visit JDP libraries

Santa Claus is coming to town – and he plans to pay a special visit to all four branches of the Jeff Davis Parish Library, as well as the library’s traveling bookmobile and several parish schools.
“I call Santa, and he comes,” chuckled Jeff Davis Parish Library Children’s Coordinator Sandy Suydam, “but I have to pick him up at the Lake Charles Airport. He’s not allowed to fly into the Jennings Airport with his sleigh because of FAA regulations.”
