Jennings VFW to revitalize Post Home

With the Jennings VFW Post 3686 meeting their membership goals for the first time in many years, officials say they’re ready to revitalize the organization and improve its facility at the western edge of town on U.S. 90.
That process will begin with a Cajun music festival, slated for this coming weekend, Saturday, Dec. 5 at the Jennings VFW, according to Post Commander Bryan Batulis. The festival will be a fundraiser to help renovate the aging VFW Post Home on U.S. 90.
