Prime carjacking suspect turns self in stolen items not recovered

A December 2009 carjacking case is one step closer to being solved after the prime suspect turned himself in to authorities recently.
Randal Tyler, 25, was booked into the Jeff Davis Parish Jail on Monday, Feb. 22 on charges of carjacking, attempted kidnapping and auto theft.
