LSP to take back prescription drugs Saturday

 LAKE CHARLES – The Louisiana State Police (LSP) (in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration) will participate in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 27, in an effort to help local residents rid their homes of potentially dangerous prescription drugs.Expired, unused, and unwanted medications may be brought for disposal from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 to the LSP troop location nearest you. Anyone in Jeff Davis Parish can bring their unwanted medications to the LSP Troop D office located at 805 Main Street in Lake Charles on Saturday.
