IOTA - The town here will now have its very own drop off that will be used to collect tattered American flags that need to be properly retired.
Ryan Kuffler, 15, has been a Boy Scout for the past three years. He has recently been working to earn his Eagle Scout ranking.
“This is the last project he had to complete to receive the recognition,” said his mother Lyndie Kuffler. “Normally, the Scouts choose something that can be used by the community like putting up flag poles or constructing a prayer garden, but they get to choose what they would like to do.”
