Jackson Williams, 1, is Jennings Daily News’ 2018 Santa Baby.The little elf will be featured on the front page of each edition of the newspaper until Christmas Day, helping the public countdown to the holiday. He is the son of Jamarcus and Katie Williams of Lake Arthur.
