It’s with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Carroll Tuthill Guidry announces her passing from this life on Fe. 24, 2019, at the age of 72.

Funeral services will be held at Matthews and Son Funeral Home Chapel in Jennings on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019, at 2 p.m., with Brother Gary DarDar officiating.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Feb. 27, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of her service at 2 p.m.

Interment will follow in St. Jules/Tee-Mamou Cemetery.

Carroll was born in Bossier City to William Tuthill and Margaret Thibodeaux Tuthill on May 23, 1946. She was a representative for Mary Kay. Carroll loved her cats. She especially loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Carroll is survived by husband, Donald Guidry of Tee-Mamou; her son, Chris Guidry and his wife, Kim of Tee-Mamou; her two grandchildren, Cassidy Guidry and Kyle Guidry; her sister, Deborah Vincent of Jennings, LA.

Carroll was preceded in death by her parents, William Tuthill and Margaret Thibodeaux Tuthill; and her sister, Barbara Doucet.

Carrying Carroll to her final resting place will be Kyle Guidry, Ricky Neal, Keegan Neal, Jake Duhon, Blaine Arabie and Ryan Cart.
