IOTA – What started out a wishful letter from St. Francis Elementary School student Brooklyn Bellon to legendary LSU gymnastics coach D.D. Breaux turned into a reality on Monday. Bellon is a 9-year-old local gymnast that competes on a very high level out of Rice City Gymnastics in Crowley, and recently competed as a part of Team Louisiana in a Regional Meet held in Atlanta Georgia.However, her ultimate goal in the future is to become part of one of the most successful gym teams in the collegiate ranks- The LSU Tigers.
