JENNINGS — Audrey Mier Darcé, 87, a long-time resident of Jennings, died Aug. 28, 2023, at Calcutta House hospice in Lafayette, surrounded by her three children who had helped to care for her in recent years.
WELSH — Mr. Joe Ray Vanicor, 81, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 28, 2023. He was born on March 10, 1942 South of Lake Charles to Odile and Milton Vanicor.

JENNINGS — Patricia Nelson Brummett, 87, of Jennings, entered eternal rest on Aug. 14, 2023. Services for Mrs. Brummett will be held on Saturday, Aug. 19 at noon with Rev. John Clark and Rev. Seth Donald officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
