WELSH - The Welsh Greyhounds have a new head coach. Welsh High principal Chris Humble announced Tuesday that Welsh offensive coordinator Cody Gueringer has accepted the position of head coach. “Cody has taken care of his business in order to put himself in this position,” commented Humble. “He does what he is supposed to in the classroom and on the field and in his relationship with other faculty members. He will help us make a smooth transition from John Richardson to the way he wants to be in charge. I am excited for him and the players and our very supportive community.”
