The CITGO Lake Charles Refinery continues a 31-year tradition by awarding scholarships to deserving high school graduates who are children of CITGO employees.
This year, four 2018 high school graduates were selected through an application process based on CITGO scholastic criteria. Richard Robicheaux of Jennings High School, son of Maintenance Machinist Cedric Robicheaux, was one recipient.
