During the July meeting of Knights of Columbus (KC) Council 2012 from Our Lady Help of Christians Parish in Jennings, Grand Knight Frank Angelle (above, at right) presented the Council’s June 2022 Knight of the Month award to Toni Benoit.

During the Louisiana State Knights of Columbus (KC) Convention held in Lafayette in May, KC Council 2012 from Our Lady Help of Christians (OLHC) Parish in Jennings was recognized for earning the Award for the Best KC Family Program in the State of Louisiana for 2021-2022.

During the August meeting of James O. Hall Post 19 of the American Legion from Jennings, 7th District Department Executive Committeeman Glenn McFarlain (left) presented Post 19 with an American Legion Department of Louisiana 7th District Membership Award because the Post attained over 100 percent of its membership goal for 2021-2022. Accepting the award on the Post’s behalf were Post Membership Director Jimmy Richert (center) and Post Vice Commander Charles Burrell (right).
