There are many plant materials available for us to use when designing a landscape or garden. We can choose from trees, shrubs, cool- and warm-season annuals, perennials and ground covers.

Warmer weather is often welcome for a variety of reasons and dining outdoors can help take that appreciation to the next level. Keeping ingredients lists short and prep time minimal also allows you to spend more time enjoying the sunshine and blue skies al fresco with the ones you love.

There was once a cat named Blackie whose cavalier, devilmay-care attitude toward Life endeared him to those who were graced by his presence. Blackie, with piercing green eyes, prowled on the wild side--disappearing for weeks at a time in the pursuit of felines of the opposite gender, we sup posed.
