The Alpha Kappa Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International recently met at the Raymond United Methodist Church in Hathaway on October 27. President Lucinda Stark conducted the meeting.

On Sunday, Oct. 25, Knights of Columbus Council 2012 from Our Lady Help of Christians (OLHC) Parish finally got to conduct their annual barbecue fundraiser.

In my quest for the silver lining of the clouds called COVID-19, I must admit that my closets, cabinets and junk drawers have benefitted from the quarantine. I have spent quality time in my Home, Sweet, Home--touching things which haven’t been fingered in years: tablecloths and napkins in the linen closet, too many books downstairs, trophies and memorabilia from the children’s growing-up, scrapbooks, rubber bands, shoe boxes.
