State to be represented in Thanksgiving parade
NEW YORK CITY, NY. — For a third consecutive year, the Louisiana “Celebration Gator” will crawl the parade route of the 97th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Since 2021, coverage of Louisiana’s float in the annual parade reached nearly 2 billion people encouraging them to experience the culture, history, food and music that are unique to Louisiana.
Guess who's coming for dinner
When we moved to our small corner of the country, for which I am grateful, we were greeted by the aboriginals: creatures great and small who lived in the dense woods and had never been disturbed by man.

Events run in the order of their posted dates and ONLY AS SPACE ALLOWS. Events more than two weeks away may not run until closer to the event.
